Key responsibilites include:

  • To work with the Head of Information Systems to ensure that data quality issues are identified, documented and resolved.

  • To support the data project team with general data related tasks on our Dynamics CRM platform such as: 
    • Create/Amend/Delete records as needed

    • Checking and analysing member information

Membership Engagement Manager (1 year fixed term) Membership Engagement Manager (1 year fixed term)

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting engagement campaigns, using a full range of techniques including face to face meetings (some travel around the UK), phone calls and emails.
  • Contributing to recruitment campaigns, where required, including conducting face to face meetings and phone calls.
  • Using our CRM and email marketing software for segmentation, marketing communications and reporting, making full use of its capabilities, and developing and maintaining our database.
  • Working closely with the other members of the Membership Engagement team and across the organisation.
