TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EVENT REGISTRATION

All Events

  • All invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payment of the invoice may result in the delegate's place being lost
  • Bookings made less than 30 days prior to an event need to be paid in full before the event commences. Failure to pay may result in the delegate not being able to gain access to the event
  • All bookings made using a member rate are based on the organisation having fully paid membership at the time of the event. If membership subscriptions are not paid, the non-member fee will be charged
  • Individual registrations are unique to an individual and cannot be shared
  • The Organisation ticket entitles the purchasing organisation to unlimited registrations. Registrations are restricted to the purchasing organisation; they cannot be shared with partner companies or affiliates and are not transferable. Organisation tickets are non-refundable. Any person registering under the Organisation ticket category is subject to the same terms and conditions as an individual registration
  • By registering for an event you consent to sharing your professional details with the event’s sponsors for the purpose of contacting you in relation to that event only. You can opt out of their mailing groups at any time. Please take a look at our privacy notice here. Contact Nikolina Hudi on 020 7601 1710 if you do not consent to your details being shared
  • The details you have provided during registration will be used to create an account that will entitle you access to the digital event platform and the attendees' list to network before, during and after the event.   • Attendees of digital events must abide by our Code of Conduct for digital events. Please view that Code of Conduct here.
  • The PLSA reserves the right to alter the programme, speakers or dates at any time, without notice. If for any reason the event is cancelled or does not take place we shall endeavour to reschedule; but we will have no liability to you for this and you will indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, that you incur
  • VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate
  • All cancellations must be notified in writing

CONFERENCES

ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2021

  • Cancellation of paid for places received on or before Friday 1 October 2021; fee refunded
  • If a paid for place is cancelled after Friday 1 October 2021, or if the delegate does not attend the event; no refund

TRAINING COURSES

  • Cancellation received more than two weeks prior to the start date of the training course; fee refunded
  • Cancellation received less than two weeks prior to the start date of the training course; no refund
  • The PLSA cannot transfer you to another date if you are unable to attend the training course
