When I try to watch the live web stream, I get an error message "Stream not found...", "Licence is not recognised..." or "Could not connect to server..." What does this mean?

Live streaming of video works differently to that of on-demand streaming of videos such as those you would find on YouTube. It is possible you can watch an on demand video and still find yourself unable to watch a live web stream. A "Stream not found...", "Licence is not recognised..." or "Could not connect to server..." message is likely to indicate that the protocols required to live stream content to your device are being blocked at a firewall level by your organisation. Please contact your IT department and notify them of this issue. They may be able to make changes that will allow you to view the stream. You also need to make sure that port 1935 is open (not blocked in your network configuration). Click here to test the port.
