trusteeship – Part 2: the practice

"Put the theory into practice and learn how to be an effective pension scheme trustee"

Coronavirus: An update on changes to our TRAINING And Education  programme

18 March 2020. As the coronavirus situation continues, the PLSA is taking measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff, members and stakeholders and, we hope, to help reduce the impact on the NHS. Our face-to-face training courses and teach-ins are postponed until later in the year. We are contacting those who have booked places to rearrange, and working with our training and education partners to make sure we can continue to deliver high-quality training and education throughout the year.

With support and guidance from independent experts, trustees with some experience will take part in boardroom simulations to learn how to approach the issues they’ll face in their role.

This course is aimed at those familiar with the basic principles of trusteeship. We recommend you take the part 1 course first.

  • Decisions about investments
