Pensioner steals limelight in Vogue’s centennial edition
05 May 2016, News
Hats off to Bo Gilbert – featured in Vogue’s centennial edition released today (Thursday). Bo is an inspiration to us all; she’s still lively and active at 100 years old and makes an effort to be stylish every day for her own enjoyment.
Bo Gilbert: “'I dress to suit myself; I certainly don't dress up for boys”
While we all hope to be as stylish as Bo in our golden years, it will take a significant amount of our pension pot to achieve the particularly vivacious outfit she’s sporting in this month’s issue of Vogue. We estimate that the total cost of Bo’s outfit is around £3460!
To keep up with Bo’s stylish pace, a woman aged 60 today would need at least £80,000 to secure an annuity of £3,500 per annum.
Keep up the good work Bo!
