The NAPF continues to respond to the Government’s consultations on changes to Occupational Pension Schemes. This time the Government sought views on further changes to transfer rights in older schemes (pre 1986); amendments to the indexation of pension credit benefit in Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Schemes; and changes to bridging pensions allowing trustees to make amendments to their schemes, if they wish, in order to respond to changes in State Pension age.
