Draft guidance on clauses for the Taxation of Pensions Bill – an NAPF response
The Government has consulted on new tax rules required to implement its ‘freedom and choice’ reforms to how people access their pension, which were originally announced in the March 2014 budget. The NAPF has responded to the consultation, on behalf of its members, welcoming the Government’s flexible approach to schemes implementing the new freedoms.
