Your feedback on the CTI framework needed

The Cost Transparency Initiative (CTI) is launching a new telephone survey to further our understanding of how the CTI Framework is being used and to support the industry in effectively identifying and reporting investment costs and charges. Since the CTI online framework was first launched in May of 2019, the CTI Board has surveyed schemes and advisors to gauge uptake and effectiveness of the tool, most recently between October of 2020 and January of 2021. An analysis of our most recent findings can be found here.
To further our goal of continuous improvement, the forthcoming survey will begin on Monday, March 13 and close on Friday, March 31. The CTI Board has commissioned an independent research agency, Critical Research, to conduct the survey on its behalf.
