New corporate governance joiner at NAPF

The National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) has appointed Will Pomroy to develop its corporate governance policy work.
Will Pomroy this week has joined the NAPF from Aviva where he was Public Policy Manager. He will work on a variety of corporate governance issues, including the NAPF position on Government policies, the promotion of take up of the Stewardship Code among pension funds, and shareholder engagement. He will report to David Paterson, NAPF Head of Corporate Governance, in the role of Policy Lead: Corporate Governance.
Joanne Segars, NAPF Chief Executive, said:
“We are delighted that Will has joined us at a time when a lot of change is taking place in corporate governance. He is bringing valuable experience and insights to the NAPF, and will help take this important activity forward.”
Will Pomroy added:
