NAPF launches pensions job site

15 October 2012

A new recruitment website for the pensions world is being launched by the UK’s biggest pensions trade body today (Mon).

The website, called NAPF Jobs, will leverage The National Association of Pension Funds’ (NAPF) position at the heart of the pensions industry to offer new opportunities to those employed, or seeking new employment in pensions-related roles.

While advertising on the new site will be open to any organisation involved in pensions, discounted packages will be available for NAPF members.

Dan Torjussen-Proctor, NAPF Business Development Director, said:

“We are pleased to be able to offer this service to the pensions industry. Many pensions jobs will be created thanks to auto-enrolment, and it is important that our industry has an appropriate tool to attract the best people out there.

“Our website will enable job seekers to search job vacancies easily. People will be able to receive e-mail alerts of the latest vacancies based on specific criteria, and in a few weeks they will also have the possibility of accessing the website through their mobile. We are confident that this website will become a key tool in pensions recruitment.”

Notes to editors:

1. The NAPF is the leading voice of workplace pensions in the UK. We speak for 1,300 pension schemes with some 16 million members and assets of around £900 billion. NAPF members also include over 400 businesses providing essential services to the pensions sector.
