Exhibition build-up

Space only stands:
Monday 6 March                         08:00 - 20:00
Tuesday 7 March                        08:00 - 18:00

Shell scheme stands:
Tuesday 7 March                        08:00 - 18:00

All work must be completed to the satisfaction of the organisers by 18:00 on Tuesday 7 March. You will have access to the exhibition hall from 08:00 on Wednesday 8 March. The exhibition opens at 10:00. Please note that deliveries cannot be accepted during exhibition open hours.

All personnel on-site during build-up are required to wear the appropriate badge. Badges will be issued by security upon your arrival on-site.

Exhibition break-down

Detailed information about the close of the exhibition will be included in your welcome pack issued on-site, but at this stage we would remind you not to commence the break-down of your stand until the official close of the event at 14:00 on Friday 10 March.

Unloading and loading

Your stand contractors are required to book loading and unloading slots for build-up and break-down. Permits are awarded for the slots. Permits must be pre-ordered and you can submit your order .

Access to the EICC

The main entrance to the EICC is on Morrison Street. Access to the loading bay (deliveries only) is from the West Approach Road.

Forklift hire

Forklift hire must be arranged in advance if it is required for unloading or loading. Please contact tanjak@eicc.co.uk  for further information by the 15 February.

Deliveries will be accepted from Friday 3 March. All deliveries to the EICC should be clearly marked with the following:

GT Exhibitions, is the official courier for the event. We would recommend their services for freight delivering and forwarding post event. Further details on services is available . Exhibitors should ensure that arrangements are made for the collection of all items from the EICC at the end of the event. Items will be kept for 1 working day and will then either be disposed of or placed into storage where a charge of £100 + VAT per day will be applied. If items are to be left and collected by a courier, an exhibitor storage form (supplied on-site) must be completed and given to the EICC Exhibition Co-ordinator.
