NEW for this year we have an exhibitor portal which enables you to register all of your stand personnel online. You can access the portal link here.

Each exhibitor is awarded a number of stand personnel passes proportionate to the total space booked:
12sqm or less                  6 stand personnel 
20 sqm or less                 8 stand personnel
more than 21 sqm          11 stand personnel

Stand personnel passes cover all three days of the event and include:
Admission to all official networking events, the exhibition, and catering throughout the event. Please note that we are not hosting a Conference Gala Dinner in 2017.  

This year we have increased the number of stand personnel passes awarded by three. We have allocated these additional passes in lieu of the ability to swap them on-site. 

Representatives attending as stand personnel must be from the exhibiting company.

If the number of stand personnel you require onsite exceeds your entitlement you are able to purchase passes at a cost of £357 + VAT. Representatives attending as stand personnel must be from the exhibiting company. Additional passes can be purchased by emailing nikolina.hudi@plsa.co.uk by 8 September. Your account will be adjusted with the new total and can then be managed via the exhibitor portal link here.

Collection of Stand personnel passes

Your registered stand personnel will receive specific joining instructions including how to collect their badge two weeks before the event.
