Stand personnel registration
Please use the exhibitor portal to register all of your stand personnel online. You can access the portal link here.
Each exhibitor is awarded a number of stand personnel passes proportionate to the total space booked:
- 15sqm or less 4 stand personnel
- 21 sqm and over 8 stand personnel
Important: please note this year we have doubled the number of stand personnel passes awarded in your package. We have allocated these additional passes in lieu of the ability to swap passes on-site.
Stand personnel passes cover all three days of the event and include:
Admission to the exhibition, the PLSA Drinks Reception and catering throughout the event.
Please note that we are no longer hosting our traditional Conference Gala Dinner on Thursday evening. Instead we will be holding a PLSA Drinks Reception in the exhibition hall on Thursday from 17:30 – 20:00. We will be providing drinks and substantial food, so that delegates do not have to go and eat afterwards if they prefer. We would appreciate your assistance in supporting the drinks reception and not starting any other evening events you may have planned until after 19:00.
If the number of stand personnel you require onsite exceeds your entitlement you are able to purchase additional passes at a cost of £375 + VAT. Representatives attending as stand personnel must be from the exhibiting company. Additional passes can be purchased by firstname.lastname@example.org by 9 February. Your account will be adjusted with the new total and can then be managed via the exhibitor portal link.
COLLECTION OF STAND PERSONNEL PASSES
Your registered stand personnel will receive specific joining instructions including how to collect their badge two weeks before the event.
