All work must be completed to the satisfaction of the organisers by 18:00 on Tuesday 16 October. You will have access to the exhibition hall from 08:00 on Wednesday 17 October. The exhibition opens at 10:00. Please note that deliveries cannot be accepted during exhibition open hours.
Important: Please note that all contractors and exhibitors on-site during build and breakdown are required to wear appropriate clothing (including a hi-vis waistcoat or jacket, appropriate footwear). Please ensure you bring sufficient with you for you and your staff during build and breakdown. If your staff or a contractor arrives on-site without hi-vis clothing they must purchase the required items from the venue. Please ensure all staff are aware of these requirements and have read the site induction.

Health and safety 

All personnel who will be on-site during the build or breakdown will need to have seen the site induction. This has information about site rules, timetable, general information and emergency procedures. You can access this here. Copies will also be available on-site. Please ensure that all exhibitors, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and their agents complete this H&S declaration form.

Exhibition breakdown

Detailed information about the close of the exhibition will be given to you on-site but at this stage we would remind you that breakdown of your stand may not commence until the official close of the event at 14:00 on Friday 19 October. All areas to be cleared by 22:00 on Friday 19 October.

Unloading and loading

Exhibitors and contractors are requested to report to the vehicle holding area (VHA) within Loading Bay 3, indicated on the map here. Vehicles will be parked in the holding area in a queuing system and once suitable space for your vehicle is available, you will be advised to proceed to Loading Bay 2, via Keel Wharf. Once at the gatehouse to Loading Bay 2, all vehicles must follow the instruction of the traffic management team. Please note the height of the Loading Bay is 4.3 metres. You are required to unload your vehicle within a 30 minute period.

All deliveries must be made from 08:00 on Monday 15 October to 18:00 on Tuesday 16 October. Any deliveries arriving at the venue prior to or post this time will be refused. No deliveries will be accepted during show open hours. Courier shipments (up to 25 kgs) sent directly to a stand must be signed for by a representative from your company. Any courier shipments that arrive for an unmanned stand will automatically be diverted to GT exhibitions. They will sign for, store and deliver your shipment and a £35.00 fee levied. Shipments over 25 kgs will be charged at a higher rate, dependent on size/weight.

We advise using the services of GT Exhibitions, the official courier, on-site lifting and handling agents for the event. Please see booking form on the exhibitor checklist page.

Post show freight

Any items left on or near your stand for breakdown, not collected by 21:00 will be shipped by GT Exhibitions to their warehouse at a cost of £35.00 up to 25kg. Anything over this will be charged at a higher rate dependant of the size and weight of the shipment.
