Ellie will be on hand to assist you throughout and will be stationed in Central Organiser’s Office and can be contacted on 07818074393. Should you require any on-site support during the set up period service desks from our exhibition suppliers will be located in the exhibition hall just outside of the Central Organiser's office.

Varsha Gowda, Deputy Head of Business Development and Claire Simmons, Business Development Manager, are on-site for the duration of the event and look forward to meeting you.
Power to the exhibition hall will be turned on at 08:00 and shut down at 20:00 on each open day. If you require a 24 hour power supply you will need to arrange this through Joe Manby by contacting Ben email@example.com.
Wifi at the venue
Free WiFi is provided at the venue to support the conference app. You will also be able to use the network to check emails. Please note the network is not able to support the access of work networks or download large files. To access the internet log on via the venue's portal upon arrival to the conference centre. Connect to Wi-Fi network: MCCC & log in to Manchester Central’s FREE Wi-Fi portal via your web browser. Details of this will also be available on-site.
Pre-booked storage sites are available for occupation from 16:00 on Tuesday 17 October. Please contact Ellie Halls in the Central Organiser's Office to access your unit. If you have not yet booked a storage unit and would like one, please contact Ellie Halls on at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 6 October. Please note the storage is limited and allocated in a first come first served basis.
This year we have a new lead reference supplier - Reftech. If you have not yet ordered a scanner and would like to you can order here. Reftech will send collection information and instructions to exhibitors directly that have placed orders.
