Research Manager, ICM Unlimited

Alex is a Research Manager at ICM Unlimited, where he works for clients across the private, public, and third sectors. A methodologist at heart, Alex specialises in public policy, behaviour change and public opinion, utilising a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. In addition to working on major research projects such as Generation AE, he leads on ICM's public opinion and polling work.

Alex has been the project manager for the landmark Generation AE project, which utilises a range of methodologies to understand the profile, behaviours and attitudes of those newly saving or saving more for retirement as a result of Automatic Enrolment. He has previous experience researching AE and the pensions industry, such as being a core team member for the PLSA’s Membership Survey & Stakeholder  in 2017.

Before joining ICM Alex worked at dunnhumby, where he regularly led insight projects analysing large amounts of behavioural and attitudinal data for major clients across retail and consumer finance.
