Mark is responsible for building the engagement and supporting proposition strategy with employers, their intermediaries and members. This encompasses the end to end experience from joining the scheme through to a member taking their benefits.

The role includes product and proposition development, research, marketing, member engagement and implementing behavioural and evidence based solutions.

Mark has nearly 30 years’ experience in workplace pensions and has worked for leading providers and consultancies during this time.
