Gregg brings a consumer focused perspective to the rapidly changing world of Defined Contribution and long term savings. Gregg was a recipient of the Financial News’ top 40 under 40 asset managers award in 2015 and is a member of the Pensions Quality Mark (PQM) board. Previously, Gregg was a Member of Parliament and Shadow Minister of State for Pensions. Gregg’s first career was as an academic historian at St Hugh’s College, Oxford, where he held a Fellowship, and Gregg is currently a Visiting Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford. Gregg holds degrees from the University of Glasgow (1st class), and graduate degrees from Penn (MA), and Oxford (MA, DPhil). Gregg’s co-authored book (with Dr Andy Tarrant) Towards a new pensions settlement: the international experience (Rowman and Littlefield, 2016) is out now and a second volume is due this autumn.
