Giles has specialised in pensions law since joining Mayer Brown in 2007. Prior to that, he worked in corporate law – both as a solicitor with a London law firm and as a lecturer at the City Law School. Giles advises on the full range of issues for pension scheme employers and trustees, including scheme documentation and benefits, scheme funding, dispute resolution, and corporate transactions. Giles is an associate of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI), a PMI Senior Examiner and a committee member of the PMI London Group. He is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
