How do I network with delegates?
Attendee profiles are individually viewable from an attendee list within the platform. You make contact with attendees by sending a connection request or organising a meeting with them from their profile. Attendees can also make contact with you by submitting a question or connection request to your exhibition stand. Attendees will be listed on both an Attendees page and also a Suggested connections page. They are listed in order of most relevant connection. This is facilitated by the platforms AI. From an attendee profile you’re able to make connection requests, set up meetings. You can host group discussions and private one-to-one chats via text or video calls on your stand. All of your own meetings and connections will appear in your personalised event schedule. As an exhibitor you’re also able to view the connections and meetings of all of your team members on-site. This is viewable via your Exhibitor Centre.
Will delegates be able to physically see me in my workspace?
If you choose to! By activating the video call in the chat facilities, you will be able to speak to people face-to-face.
How does a digital exhibition stand work?
It’s like a webpage. You can upload your own graphics, links to documents, links to video content and also set up a Zoom, Teams or google meets link to facilitate meetings on your stand. Delegates can make contact with you by submitting a question or contact request on the stand. You’re then able to get back to them or facilitate a video call. Please access the Swapcard Exhibitor guide here on how to set up your stand.
Can I capture data on stand?
Can I capture data on stand? Absolutely. You’ll have access to a dashboard which will show the number of views and downloads from your stand, meetings and leads your team have made, within your Exhibitor Centre. Post event we’ll share the following:
• Who visited
• Which documents were viewed, downloaded
• Which videos were watched and by whom
• Who clicked on the website and social links
Delegate registrations
As part of your package you are entitled to an unrestricted number of delegates from your organisation to attend the event (unless specified during the booking process). This gives you the flexibility to have as many or as few people as you’d like to make connections, have meetings and participate in conference sessions.
How can I measure return on investment?
The full report you will receive at the end of the event allows you to easily cross reference your objectives against your data.
What if there are technical issues on the day?
As always the PLSA team will be on hand to assist with any issues you encounter, in addition the platform offers three forms of technical support; live chat, a dedicated telephone number for exhibitors and sponsors, plus an email address.
