ASSET MANAGERS AND ESG: WHAT ARE THE QUESTIONS PENSION FUNDS NEED TO ASK?
Policymakers and regulators are clear that pension funds are expected to incorporate financially material Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations into their investment practices. For most schemes, ESG considerations will be incorporated into investment strategies via an asset manager. This training covers sources of retirement income, the outcomes from workplace pensions and the factors which impact upon retirement savings eg pension scheme type, taxation and employee choices.
