Editor-in-Chief, Professional Pensions
Jonathan is editor-in-chief of Professional Pensions and Workplace Savings & Benefits. He has over 17 years' experience in journalism, beginning his career covering the capital markets in Russia and Central Europe before starting to write about UK occupational pensions and benefits in 2001.
He launched Professional Pensions Online in 2006, became deputy editor of Professional Pensions in 2008 and editor in 2009. He launched Workplace Savings and Benefits in 2012 and became editor-in-chief of both brands in 2014.
Jonathan has won a number of awards throughout his career – including the Society of Pension Professionals’ Journalist of the Year award and the Investment Association’s Trade Journalist of the Year accolade – and is holder of the PMI's Retirement Provision Certificate.
Outside of pensions, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his 4-year-old son and is becoming increasingly addicted to US box sets on his commute to and from the West Sussex coast.
